By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. budi95 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.

This platform is intended exclusively for users located in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from other regions are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with their local laws. budi95 makes no representation that its services are lawful or suitable for use outside Malaysia.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and budi95 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the budi95 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended immediately.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your authorisation. Please contact the budi95 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the budi95 platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the safety or interests of other users. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Update Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information in their account profile remains current and accurate. If any personal details change — such as your phone number or the bank account used for transactions — please update your profile promptly to avoid payment delays or rejected transactions.

Payment, Deposit, and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the budi95 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to the user themselves. budi95 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed suspicious or unusual under our internal compliance policy.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within a timeframe that varies depending on the payment method selected. budi95 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, to prevent fraud and money laundering. budi95 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the identity verification process is fully completed.

All payments are final once confirmed. No refunds will be considered except where a technical error on budi95's part is clearly demonstrated. Any refund claims must be submitted within seven days of the transaction date.

Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits

The budi95 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and without interruption, budi95 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to any particular user's needs. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions beyond our control.

Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry financial risk. budi95 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming decisions made on this platform. The decision to place a bet or play is solely the user's responsibility.

Under no circumstances shall budi95's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. This liability cap applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the budi95 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of budi95 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from budi95.

The budi95 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. budi95 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension and Service Termination Policy

Budi95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes that contravene Malaysian law.

When an account is suspended, access to all services will be blocked immediately pending the outcome of an investigation. If account closure is confirmed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once identity verification and the investigation are complete, provided no evidence of fraud or platform misuse is found during that process.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the budi95 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within seven business days. Any remaining funds not withdrawn prior to account closure will be handled in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in effect at the time.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, budi95 reserves the right to hold any related funds pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or misuse is confirmed, budi95 reserves the right to forfeit those funds and pursue appropriate legal action against the user in question.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Budi95 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notification or email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the budi95 platform after any updated terms take effect will be considered full acceptance of those updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the budi95 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of these terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
